Asher Yatzar: more on the previous post

Required reading.

Might use of Asher Yatzar be expanded? Normally, it’s used after going to the bathroom, especially after the first trip to the bathroom in the morning. What if it was used after the full round of morning health routines (drugs, teeth, shower, etc.)?

  1. Between my hypertension and my family history of ather0sclerosis, I don’t even think of this as a bathroom prayer.

  2. This is probably a stupid question, but are you really supposed to say it in the bathroom? (I mean, you’re not supposed to say Netilat Yadayim in the bathroom…. [http://halachahbyemail.blogspot.com/2010/07/washing-for-bread-in-bathroom.html]*)
